No, you don't need an account or password to buy tickets on Sticky Tickets. No sign-up or registration required. Simply complete your purchase, and your tickets and receipt will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout.


How do I access my tickets as a guest?

Your tickets are in the confirmation email sent by Sticky Tickets at the time of purchase. Open the email and either:

  • Click the link to view and download your tickets online, or
  • Open the e-ticket attachment directly (if the event organiser has enabled e-tickets)

Keep that email safe — it's the fastest way to access your tickets at any time.

You can also look up your order without logging in at the My Tickets page — just enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. No login needed.


What is my order number, and where do I find it?

Your order number is included in your confirmation email from Sticky Tickets. It is also printed on your e-ticket. You'll need it if you want to look up your order on the My Tickets page.


What if I didn't receive my confirmation email?

  1. Check your spam, junk, Promotions, and Updates folders for an email from Sticky Tickets.
  2. Make sure you're checking the correct email address — the one you entered at checkout.
  3. Try looking up your order on the My Tickets page using your order number and email address.
  4. Still nothing? Contact the Sticky Tickets support team with your name, event name, and email address used at checkout and we'll resend it.

I've already bought tickets as a guest. Can I create an account and link my past purchases?

Yes. You can create a free Sticky Tickets account at any time. However, creating a new account with the same email address will not automatically import your past guest purchases.

  • Yes. You don't need an account to request a refund. Check the event's refund policy in your confirmation email, or contact the event organiser directly using the contact details listed there. You can also contact Sticky Tickets support for guidance.

Can I transfer my guest ticket to someone else?

  • Ticket transfers are at the event organiser's discretion. Contact them directly — their details are in your confirmation email and on your e-ticket.

I used the wrong email address at checkout. What do I do?

  • Contact our support team with your name, the event name, and the email address you think you used. We can locate your order and resend your confirmation.

I'm trying to log in, but Sticky Tickets doesn't recognise my email address. What's wrong?

  • If you purchased as a guest, you don't have a Sticky Tickets account or password — guest purchases don't require one. Access your tickets using your confirmation email or the My Tickets lookup (order number + email address). If you'd like to create a free account, you can do so at any time.

Will creating an account automatically link my past guest purchases?

  • No. Setting up a new account with the same email address will not automatically link or import your past guest purchases. Contact our support team to have them linked manually.
