Follow this guide to set up your event, add tickets, and start selling.
🧭 BEFORE YOU START
Make sure you’ve:

Registered as an organiser

Added your basic account details
🚀 QUICK START
To create your event:

Log in to your account
-
Go to My Events
-
Click Create a New Event
-
Enter your event name
-
Click Create Your Event
-
Complete the required sections (highlighted in orange). More information about each section is listed below.

Click Make Event Live
- Start and end date/time
- Time zone
- Multi-day events (optional)
- Custom display labels (optional)
👉 This controls how your event appears to attendees.
2. Event Location
Add where your event takes place:

Venue name
-
Address (with map option)
-
Extra instructions (shown on tickets)
3. Organiser Details
Add your contact information:
-
Name and organisation
-
Email (for enquiries)
-
Phone number (optional)
💡 You can choose whether to show your email publicly or use a contact form.
Define your refund rules:

Timeframe for refunds
-
Refund conditions
-
Optional links or documents

5. Event Description
Describe your event clearly:

What attendees can expect
-
Key details (speakers, inclusions, schedule)
-
Images to improve appeal
👉 A strong description can increase ticket sales.
6. Tickets (most important step)
Set up how you sell tickets:

Ticket name and price
-
Quantity available
-
Sale dates (e.g. early bird)
-
Min/max per order
Optional settings include:

Editable ticket details
7. Optional Features
Below are the features that are optional and can be skipped if not needed:

Sub-tickets → upsells or add-ons
-
Seating plan → reserved seating
-
Promo codes → discounts
-
Privacy settings → public or private events
-
Split payments → share revenue with partners
-
Order success button → redirect after purchase
🚀MAKE YOUR EVENT LIVE
When you're ready:

Click the Preview button to check your page
-
Click the Make Event Live button
-
Choose to Publish Now or Schedule Later
-
👉 Once live, customers can view and purchase tickets.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
- You can edit most of the event settings after publishing
- Changes in the event date, time & location will trigger an email notification to current ticket holders

- Add clear event descriptions and images
- Use early bird tickets to drive early sales
- Double-check your refund policy
