Adding a Ticket to Google or Apple Wallet
Save your e-ticket to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet for quick, easy access on your phone at the event.
Adding your ticket to Google Wallet (Android) or Apple Wallet (iPhone) means you can access it instantly at the event without searching through your email — even without an internet connection.
The Add to Google Wallet and Add to Apple Wallet buttons will appear only if e‑tickets have been issued for the event. If you do not see these buttons, the organiser has chosen not to generate e‑tickets for this event.
Where to find the Add to Wallet buttons
The Add to Google Wallet and Add to Apple Wallet buttons appear in three places:
- Order Successful page — immediately after completing your purchase
- My Tickets page — at stickytickets.com.au, accessible any time after purchase
- Confirmation email — in the email sent to you after purchase

Guest buyers: If you purchased without an account, go to the My Tickets page and look up your order using your order number and email, or your credit card details. The wallet buttons will appear with your ticket once your order is found.
Using the confirmation email link: Open the confirmation email on the same mobile device where your wallet app is installed. Tapping the button on a desktop computer will not add the ticket to your phone's wallet.
Adding to Google Wallet (Android)
- Open your confirmation email or go to the My Tickets page on your Android device.
- Tap the Add to Google Wallet button.
- The Google Wallet app will open. Tap Add to Wallet to confirm.
- Your ticket is now saved in Google Wallet. Open the app at any time to access it.
Adding to Apple Wallet (iPhone)
- Open your confirmation email or go to the My Tickets page on your iPhone.
- Tap the Add to Apple Wallet button.
- A preview of your ticket pass will appear. Tap Add to confirm.
- Your ticket is now saved in the Wallet app — swipe to find it or ask Siri to open it.
Using your wallet ticket at the event
- Open Google Wallet or Apple Wallet on your phone and locate your ticket.
- Show the QR code on screen to event staff for scanning.
- Wallet tickets work offline — you do not need an internet connection at the venue.
- Keep your screen brightness up to ensure the QR code scans easily.
Most common situations and questions
I tapped the button, but nothing happened.
-
Make sure the Google Wallet or Apple Wallet app is installed and up to date on your device. Try tapping the button again. If the problem continues, try accessing the ticket from the My Tickets page instead of the confirmation email.
My ticket isn't showing in my wallet app.
-
Open the wallet app and check all passes. On Apple Wallet, scroll to find it — it may not appear at the top. On Google Wallet, tap the Passes section. If it still doesn't appear, try adding it again from the My Tickets page.
The Add to Wallet button isn't showing at all.
-
The wallet feature is only available for events where the organiser has enabled e-tickets. If you don't see the button in My Tickets or your confirmation email, e-tickets may not be enabled for this event. Contact the organiser to confirm what you need to bring on the day.
My wallet pass has disappeared or expired.
-
Return to the My Tickets page or your confirmation email and add it again. The wallet buttons remain available after purchase.
The QR code on my wallet ticket won't scan at the venue.
-
Try increasing your screen brightness to maximum. Remove any screen protector if it is causing glare. If the QR code still won't scan, ask event staff to try manually or show them your confirmation email as a backup. You can also contact our support team if needed.
Is the wallet feature available for all events?
-
No — it depends on whether the event organiser has enabled e-tickets for their event. Wallet passes are generated from e-tickets. If e-tickets aren't enabled, the Add to Wallet buttons won't appear.
Can I add my ticket to my wallet if I purchased as a guest?
-
Yes. Go to the My Tickets page and look up your order using your order number and email address, or your credit card details. Once your order is found, the wallet buttons will appear.
Can I add multiple tickets from the same order to the wallet?
-
Yes — if your order contains multiple tickets, each ticket can be added to your wallet individually. Add them one at a time using the wallet buttons on the My Tickets page.
