Using your wallet ticket at the event
  • Open Google Wallet or Apple Wallet on your phone and locate your ticket.
  • Show the QR code on screen to the event staff for scanning.
  • Wallet tickets work offline — you do not need an internet connection at the venue.
  • Keep your screen brightness up to ensure the QR code scans easily.

MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

I tapped the button, but nothing happened.

  • Make sure the Google Wallet or Apple Wallet app is installed and up to date on your device. Try tapping the button again — if the problem continues, try accessing the ticket from the My Tickets page instead.

My ticket isn't showing in my wallet app.

  • Open the wallet app and check all passes. On Apple Wallet, scroll to find it — it may not appear at the top. On Google Wallet, tap the Passes section. If it still doesn't appear, try adding it again from the confirmation email or My Tickets page.
