If a sale is not appearing on your event sales list, it's likely that the transaction was unsuccessful or did not occur. To troubleshoot, check if the ticket purchaser recorded the transaction number provided after a successful transaction.
Alternatively, if the ticket purchaser doesn't have the transaction number, they can verify the transaction through their credit card statement. Ask them to provide the following details:

The date of the transaction

The amount of the transaction

The first 6 and last 3 digits of the credit card used to make the transaction
